A chipboard box for 6x6 stacks

I was intrigued by a cardstock box for 6x6 stacks made by Yael Youtiz (HERE), and wanted to make myself one, but from chipboards, to stiffen it.

My box is larger than Yael's, it measurs 9.5"X6.5", and it can easily hold more than 20 full stacks!

I used papers from 'It's a Girl!' collection by Carta Bella to decorate my box.

I really love how it turned out.

מצא חן בעיני הקופסה שהכינה יעל יוציס לסטאקים של 6X6, ואפילו זרקתי לה אתגר להכין את זה מצ'יפבורד. 

אומרים נאה דורש נאה מקיים, לא? אז בינתיים הכנתי לעצמי קופסה מצ'יפבורד, גדולה יותר מזו של יעל. הקופסה שלי בגודל 9.5 אינץ' על 6.5 אינץ' והיא מכילה לפחות 20 סאטקים מלאים (נכנסו לי משהו כמו 24 סטאקים...).

היא מאד חזקה ויציבה ונראה לי שתחזיק מעמד זמן רב.

A round gift box

A round gift box that I've made from old cd's and corrugated sheet, so the basis of the box is all a recycle project. I've made it using this tutorial, only I didn't make the hole on the lid.

I painted the box with pale blue acrylic paint, and embellished it with ribbons, flowers and silver glittered stickers. The big blue flower on the top of the lid is handmade.

קופסת מתנה שהכנתי לפי ההדרכה הנפלאה הזאת של נגה (בשינוי קל - אצלי זו קופסת מתנה ולא לטישיו, אז השארת את המכסה שלם בלי חור במרכזו). את הקרטון הגלי צבעתי בצבע אקרילי תכלת ולכלכתי עם דיו דיסטרס. מסביב הוספתי תחרה רחבה, ועליה סרט סאטן ועליו סרט פרחים. על המכס הדבקתי פרחים שונים וסטיקרים כסופים מנצנצים. מסביב למכסה הדבקתי גם כן תחרה ומעליה סרט פרחים.

הקופסאות הללו מאד שימושיות ואני בטוחה שאכין עוד כמה וכמה כאלו.

On my desk - some scrappy items

The ending of the summer vacation, and the beginging of year at school, got me into a 'school' mood, so I made these boxes. The two round boxes are altered - oat cans that were covered with dp (Summer Seeds kit). The box was made by this tutorial, and I've put some of my alphas stickers there.

Here are the boxes filled:

Tomorrow the kids are back to school, and my youngest starts 1st grade!! I'm so excited about it, and I will probably have tears in my eyes on the cermony...

סוף חופשת הקיץ ותחילת שנת הלימודים שבפתח, הכניסו אותי למצב רוח של הכנה ללימודים... אז הכנתי לי שלוש קופסאות לאחסון חומרים סקראפיים. שתיים מהן הן מיחזור - קופסאות קוואקר שצופו בניירות מדוגמים (מהקיט הנפלא 'זרעי קיץ' של צרויה אילן), והשלישית הוכנה לפי ההדרכה הזאת.

כחלק מחופשת הקיץ שלנו, ביקרנו חברה שלי, שם הילדים בצרו ענבים ואח"כ צעיר הבנים נהנה עד לב שמיים לדרוך את הענבים. קשה היה לנתק אותו מהפעילות הזאת.

ומחר, חוזרים ללימודים, וצעיר הבנים עולה לכתה א'!!! אני מאד מתרגשת ומן הסתם אוריד לא מעט דמעות מחר בטקס.

Welcome to the new challenge at Simple Doodles! This time we ask you to use pearls and lace in your creation. Easy peasy and very elegant...

I've made this box for a very good freind at work, who got a new position. Unfortunately, it means that we'll be seeing each other much less, and we both are not happy about it, but I hope she'll be satisfied in her new place and I wish her all the luck and all the best.

In order to make this box, I used the tutorial at The Rubber Cafe, where my bloggy friend, Tesa, is one of the DT's, and I got the idea from her creations.

I'm entering this box also for the following challenges:

בבלוג של Simple Doodles האתגר הפעם הוא "פנינים ותחרה". ממש פשוט ואלגנטי.

הכנתי את הקופסה הזאת לחברה  טובה בעבודה, שקיבלה תפקיד חדש. המשמעות היא שנתראה הרבה פחות, אבל אני מאחלת לה את כל הטוב שבעולם, שתהנה ותצליח בתפקיד החדש.

בטקסט באנגלית יש לינק להדרכה איך להכין את הקופסה הזאת. מאד פשוט אבל תוצאה נהדרת.

A drawer box קופסת מגירות עם אוצרות

אחותי היקרה חוגגת מחר יום הולדת, אז הכנתי לה קופסא של מגירות עם אוצרות, מלאה בקישוטים מקסימים.

My ds is having her birthday tomorrow, so I made her a "treasure drawer box", filled with lovely embellishments.

This is how it looks, closed with the card I've made for her:

I've found two tutorials how to make it: here and here. it is really easy peasy to make it, only the decoration took me hours. still I enjoyed making it and ds was so thrilled when she got it!

Each side of the box followed a different sketch, theme and other challenges, and the whole project fits some challenges, so excuse me for the mess.. and let see what have I got here:
