Up! lo למעלה!

This is my take on this week's sketch on Sketchy Turhsdays. Here is the sketch:

The photo were taken more than 5 years ago, on Feb 2005, at Caesarea beach. My brother is lifting up my eldest, when he was 3 years old. My son was so thrilled and excited. Looking at these photos, I can almost here again his laud happy laughter.

The dp was originaly brown, with light touches of blue and green. I painted the most of it with teal acrylic paint.

I used transparency sheet for the clouds, with free doodling around them with white sakura jel pen. I also doodled the paux stitching around the dp. The title is from wooden letters on a cork block that I have had for ages.The title says in Hebrew: UP!

On the tag I adhered a metal starfish.  A corrugate board and some lace, and that's it.

התמונות הללו צולמו בחוף הקשתות בקיסריה לפני למעלה מחמש שנים. בתמונות אחי מניף למעלה את הבן הגדול שלי, ואני עד היום זוכרת את ההנאה הצרופה שלו ואת צהלות השמחה.

הדף הבסיסי היה בסגנון של מריחת צבע, חום בעיקרו, עם כמה נגיעות עדינות של ירקרק ומעין טורקיז בהיר. מרחתי עליו צבע אקרילי טורקיזי עם מכחול יבש, כך שהמריחות הללו השתלבו מאד טוב עם הדוגמא הבסיסית של הדף.

את העננים עשיתי בשרבוט חופשי על נייר העתקה, ואחרי שהדבקתי על הדף, שרבטתי מסביב עם עט ג'ל לבן, שאיתו גם שרבטתי את התיפורים כמסגרת לכל הדף.

הכותרת עשויה מאותיות עץ מודבקות על לוחית שעם דקה. הוספתי קרטון גלי צבוע בצבע אקרילי (אותו קרטון מפורסם מאריזת הסופרמרקט, שכאמור יש ממנו כמויות גדולות...), וגם סרט תחרה. על התגית הדבקתי כוכב ים ממתכת. הדף שעליו הג'ורנלינג הוא שארית מדף ששימש למיני אלבום שאליו כבר נתתי הצצה בפוסט קודם. בקרוב פוסט שיוקדש למיני אלבום הזה.

Conggrats for a new born - a blue inspiration

A good friend of mine is expecting a new baby preety soon, so I used the as inspiration at 365 cards to make this congrats for the new baby.

I stamped the florish baby stamp from Layers of Colors on a transparency paper, and the sentiment inside is shining metalic sticky letters in Hebrew, saying congrats to for the birth of the new son.

חברה טובה שלי עומדת ללדת בקרוב את הבן השלישי שלה, אז שמחתי להכין כבר את כרטיס הברכה (למרות האמונה הטפלה...), בהשראה של האתגר ב- 365cards ואתגרים נוספים.

הניירות בחלק החיצוני הם רכישה טריה מביג דיל - שתי חבילות שונות במחיר ממש מצחיק, שהתחלקו בין 3 נשים יוצרות.

החותמת על נייר ההעתקה היא של Layers of color שקיבלתי השבוע בדואר כפרס על אחד האתגרים שהשתתפתי בהם (הכרטיס של הפיה היושבת על קאפקייק). הכפתור צבוע בצבע אקרילי, שארית מאתגר מלפני כמה ימים. הכיתוב בפנים הוא אותיות כסף מטאליות נדבקות על נייר העתקה.

מצא חן בעיני הרעיון של הכרטיס העומד (easel card) - הוא כל כך פשוט להכנה וכיפי.
