It's time to celebrate you, with brush strokes

One of the Fav at

Today's card is a very CAS one, just stamping on one layer.

I stamped a few 'brush strokes' and some 'splatters', stamped the sentiment, and that's it!

This card can be used for a man, the colors, the design and let's face it - the lack of flowers and blings... LOL.

A Happy New Year card, in orange

The Jewish New Year is just around the corner, so it's a good time to make some Happy New Year cards.

I followed the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches:

I went on the orange hues, following Less Is More challenge:

A scribbled dandelion birthday card

A CAS birthday card, inspired by some challenges.

I used Creative Exprssions Leafy Swirls stencis, with 4 different distress oxide inks (shabby shatters, twisted citron, mermaid lagoon and tumbled glass), to make the left panel.

I then stampd Creative Expressions Dotty Flowers stamps (the flower and the sentiment) in Versafine onyx black ink.

A very CAS one layerd card!

Challenges:

Festive Friday - I used blue, green and silhouette:

A large flower 'Get Well' card

Another 'Get Well' card, this time with a very large flower.

I stamped the flower in pink and dark purple inks, and the stem and leaves in greenish ink.

The sentiment is a sticker and it says in Hebrew: 'Quick Recovery'.

Challenges:

Just Add Ink #628 - colors:

Less is more #477 - color wheel - use at least 2 colors. I used violet and green (and pink):

The Flower challenge #74 - add embellisment (plus flower/s) - I used enamel dots (they're purple, not black...) and some clear dew drops:

You're amazing - a CAS snowy card

Today I would like to share with you a CAS card I've made.

I was inspired by the photo at Less Is More challenge blog:

I took the colors of kraft, red and b/w, and also the tied twine.

I used the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches:

For the main element I used a snowflake die, and I die cut the white cs 3 times, to give some dimension.

A few scored line and a sentiment, and for the final touch I adhered a red sequin to the middle of the snowflake.

The kraft panel was adhered to a red cs basis.

Simple card, yet very elegant, don't you think?

I will give it to a very dear friend, along with a beautiful handmade gift. I think she'll like it.

Follow Your Dreams

One of the Fave

Happy Saturday!

I went with the Autumn atmosphere, and made this card, a one layerd card.

To give some dimention and interest, I scored vertical and horizontal lines, not all the way.

I distressed the corner that was made, with TH green distress ink, again - not all the way.

I then stamped the feathers in some autumnal colors and the sentiment.

It goes for the 'Autumn - one layered card' challenge at Less Is More:

Also for the 'Autumn or Halloween' challenge at CAS on Friday (I chose autumn)/

And for the 'Make your mark' challenge at Addicted to Stamps an More:

You are Amazing - Less Is More 453

Happy Friday! The current challenge at Less Is More asked for the colors of
purple and yellow:

A typical combinaion for Halloween, but I don't celebrate this holiday.

Still I was challenged by this color combo. I believe the time I spent thinking about this card, took me more than making it!

I used vanilla cs for the basis, and masked two flowers in TH distress inks - wilted violet and dusty concord.

The mask I used was from die cutting the same flower, and the die cut one I colored again with TH distress ink, this time scattered straw.

The sentiment is from Altenew set, and I used Hero Arts ink - orchis.

For the final tuch, I made a small bow from two thred in the matching colors and adhered it to the bottom of the yellow flower, and attched the flowe on top of the inked flowers.
