 A summer lo I've made, with a photo of my boys that I took just two weeks ago, when we had a lovely afternoon at the beach. We stayed there till sunset, eat our dinner there and came back home in darkness. We do it very often on Summer, it's a wonderful way to spend the hot hours. 

My journlaing is about it - "At the beach, till the end of the day, till sunset; towels and clothses in the bag; food for dinner in the picnik cooler".

For my inspiration I had case file #33 at CSI:

My 'clues' to solve the case were: for the evidence - wood/woodgrain (background dp and buttons), clouds, white background, bircks, transparent element (the white date on the right side of the photo), metal and nautical elemet (the starfish trinket on the doily); for the eviedence - my journaling is in 3 strips.

Another inspiration came from the word inspired challenge blog - Bird is the Word - whith the word "Shadow" for inspiration.

דף חדש שהכנתי, עם תמונה של הבנים שלי בחוף הים, תמונה שצולמה לפני שבועיים בחוף פלמחים בשעת השקיעה. בילוי של אחה"צ בחוף הים, עד סוף היום והשקיעה, הוא בילוי נפלא לשעות החמות של אחה"צ. לוקחים צידנית עם אוכל לארוחת הערב, ונשארים עד השקיעה וחוזרים הביתה בחשיכה.
הדף הוכן עם השראה של 4 אתגרים - לצבעים, אלמנטים, מילת השראה וסקיצה. 
אחד מהאתגרים הוא בבלוג אתגרים ישראלי חדש - סברס סקראפ, והאתגר הפעם היה משהו ימי, עם תוספת של קישוט בהכנה עצמית - שניים מהקישוטים שלי הוכנו על ידי: מפית הקרושה הקטנה והעננים (והנה הדרכה קלילה על איך להכין עננים כאלו).

DIY - paper clouds with flower punch הדרכה מצולמת - עננים מפאנצ' פרח

I have a very simple tutorial to share with you,  how I make paper clouds using a flower punch. It's super easy.

בחום הזה, כשממילא אין סבלנות לפרוייקטים מסובכים, הנה הדרכה קלה וקלילה להכנת עננים בעזרת פאנץ' פרח.

You'll need:

cs scraps (I usually use white cs, but you cand create your clouds from any other cs or dp. you can see an example of clouds from dp in my August 2012 Couonterfeit Kit).

a flower punch

scissors

any kind of adhesive you use

optional - ink, distress ink, glimmer mist, etc.

חומרים:

שאריות של קארדסטוק. אני משתמשת בד"כ בקארדסטוק לבן, אבל אפשר, כמובן, להכין את העננים מכל קארדסטוק וגם מניירות מדוגמים. דוגמא לעננים מנייר מדוגם יש בקיט החיקוי שלי של חודש אוגוסט 2012.

פאנץ' בצורת פרח (לא חייב להיות עם 5 עלי כותרת, יכול גם 6).

מספרים.

דבק.

Step 1:

Punch out a few pieces with the flower punch. they don't have to be full flower, cause you'll be cutting it into a cloud shape.

שלב 1:

לפאנצ'ץ' כמה חתיכות עם פאנץ' הפרח. אין הכרח לפאנצ'ץ' את הצורה השלמה, כי ממילא נחתוך אותה לצורת ענן.

Step 2: 

Cut each piece to a cloud shape. cut the flower in the petals and not between them.

שלב 2:

לחתוך כל חתיכה לצורה של ענן. הרעיון הוא לחתוך בתוך עלה הכותרת ולא ברווח שבין שני עלי כותרת, וכך עד לצד השני.

Step 3:

Put one piece on another, so they ovelap a little. this way your cloud will look more fluffy. adhere the two pieces.

שלב 3:

להניח חתיכה אחת על גבי חתיכה אחרת, באופן שישנה חפיפה חלקית ביניהן. זה מה שנותן ל'ענן' את המראה התפוח והצמרירי שלו. הדביקו את החתיכות.

That it! you've got your clouds:

זהו! יש לכן עננים צמריריים לתפארת. אני רציתי לתת גוון תכלת קל לעננים שלי, אז עברתי עליהם בעדינות עם דיו פיגמנטי בגוון תכלת בהיר. הקארדסטוק הלבן בו השתמשתי היה שארית של פרוייקט שעבדתי עם גלימר מיסט כחלחל, כך שלכתחילה היו התזות של גלימר על הדף.

I wanted my cluods to have some pale blue color on them, so I gently inked them with a pigment ink. the white cs scrap I used was a left over from a project I've made with glimmer mist, so I already had mist on it.
