Thanks for being you - a thanks card

One of the Top 3

Another Thanks card, with fall collrs.

I used distress oxide inks (festive berries, mustard seed and brushed corduroy) for the slplashes and the hollow leaves.

The splashes are SU and the sentiments are Duddlebug. The leaves dies are unbranded.

For the final touch, I added some glittery dots in coordinate colors.

The white panel was mounted with thin foam tapes on the kraft basis.

Three leaves in a row - a CAS birthday card

One of the Fab Fav

I just love autumn colors! Where I live, we don't have a real autumn, with all those beautiful colors of fall.

I made a CAS birthday card, 3 squares in a row, with fall leaves.

I was inspired by the autumn colors and the big leaf on the left corner.

Sending sunshine to brighten your day - Just Us Girls challenge

Mentioned at Just Us Girls

With all the bad news around, I really needed something to brighten my day, you can call it escampism... I do hope for better days for us.

So the current challenge at Just Us Girls #674, Sunshine, was so perfect for me:

Instead of using a sunshine image, I just went on sunshine colors - bright yeallo and apricot.

The current challenge at Inkspirational #287, was also prefect for this card, as they asked for a Clean & Simple card, with the optional twist of sunshine or rain:
I stamped the butterfly (MFT Brilliant Butterflies stamps and dies set) with two tones of yellow, adding some more ink to the edges, to make some depth. The intricate lace wings were stamped with apricot ink, and the body itself - in black.

The sentiments (SU  Sending Smiles stamps and dies set) were stamped with yellow and apricot inks.

I aranged the elements on a white vanilla cs, using some foam dots, and matted it with an apricot cs, then adhered the panel to a white cs basis.

I finished the card with some clear drops.

Only solid cardstock masculine birthday card

Playing again with only solid card, I came up with this graphic masculine card.

I took inspiration from Lisa A with her beautiful cards (you can see them HERE)

I don't have the die Lisa used, so I just cut squares in multipule sized, using my trimmer.

Lisa's card was my jump start, but I made it my own, as I added some layered squares on top of the other squares. I think the added squatres give more interest to this card, but still keep the CAS design.

I used solid cs in blue colors (though the darker one looks black on the photo, but trust me - it's dark blue).

Especially for you - a triangle pocket card

I like to find inspiration all around the web, and Pinterest is such a wonderful app for getting inspired. When I saw the triangel pocket card, envelope look, I wanted to give it a try. There're many tutorials for making this style, you can see one of them HERE

I loved the colors combo in Global Design Project #431:

It reminded me a pp collection I have in my stash. I used two pp from this collection.

When you fold the front panel in triangels, it creates a pocket, where you can stack flowers, leaves or any other images.

I stamped  some stamped flowers in the challenge colors,  and some leaves and then die cut them. I adhered the bouquet, partially  inside the pocket, and some outside. I then added a sticker sentiment in Hebrew (which says 'Ecpecially for You'), and my card is done!

It also goes for the 'tri-fold challenge' at Just Us Girls #630:

Here's the card when it's open:

A steampunk birthday card

The minute I saw the new challenge at Just Us Girls, I loved the colors:

I used simmilar colors a few times lately - HERE and HERE.

I thought these colors can be perfect for a masculine card. After all, masculine cards are always in need.

I also took inspiration from the sketch at Just Add Ink:

My take is a little loose one, but I think you can still see it in my card.

I die cut the gears frame and colored it with TH's distress inks (vintage photo, peacock feathers and spiced marmalade).

I also die cut the sentiment and colored it with TH's distress ink vintage photo, to match the frame.

It also goes for Little Red Wagon, which asked for Masculine.

Happy Birthday, with a glass of martini, please

Happy New Year to all! may 2022 be a year of health and returning to normal life, without Covid-19 around...

Somehow, I never have enough masculine birthday cards, and I usually find out about it the last minute I really need one!

So to avoid shortage, I decided to make a nice supply of masculine birthday cards.

I went on a cool palette of colors, wintery one, and to cool it even further more - I added a glass of martini... :), isn't that cool?

This martini stamp is from a very old stamp set I have, I even don't remember since when, but I never used the martini one, so it's kind of a new one.

I would like to enter this card to the following challenges:

Just Us Girls meets Freshly Made Sketches

Happy Saturday!

This time I'm with a rather masculine birthday card, inspired by two challenges.

I used the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches #508, which is very cas:

For the vertical strip I chose to just score lines, to keep my card cas.

I was inspired by the colors and some of the elements in the inspiration photo from Just Us Girls #607:

I took the colors, the arrow with the triangles banner and the tiny stars.

It also goes for a local FB group challenge, which asked for masculine projects.

I really like how it came out!

Happy Day card - Just Us Girls + Altenew

A cas 'Happy Day' card I made for two challenges:

Just Us Girls #603 - with this photo inspiraion:

I really love the combination of purple hues and green. Somehow this color combination makes me happy :).

And this is exactly what my eyes were drawn to in the photo inspiration by Altenew:

Again, the flowers in purple/pink hues and the green colors of the leaves and the grass.

To make this card I used two different build-up Altnew stamps - one for the flower and on for the leaves.

I scored some lines in "L" shape, added a sticker sentiment, and some translucent purple dew drops. And my card is done!

Just for You- a CAS mixed media card

ShowCased at Less Is More
September 2021

It has been a long time since I went on mixed media crafting, and dived into the world of CAS, but it appears one can combing these two :)

So here's my CAS mixed media card:

I used some Lindy's products (listed below), wattering them and then I used a plastic bag to spread the colors on a watercolor paper. I also flicked some gold spray above.

I die cut 3 stitched hexagons from the colored paper. I die cut a leaf and heat embossed it with Lindy's ep. I love the shimmer look of it!

I assambeled the elements, following the sketch, stmpped a sentiment in an orange ink and my card is done!

Lindy's products I used:

sprays: Grab a Guy Gold, Yellow Rose of Texas

shakers: Autumn Maple Crimson, Antique Gold, Octoberfest Orange

ep: Oakleaf Olive

It goes for September challeng:
