Home - Corona Virus Days - CSI case file no. 315

A new case file at CSI, with a warm and cheerful inapiration photo:
I wanted to scrap the 'here & now' - what is going around us with the Corona Virus.
I didn't use any photo this time, and instead I used this 'HOME' chipboard - where we all ought to stay, to protect ourselves.
I used all 5 colors from the scheme.
As for the eveidence - I used stripes, hexagons, birds, buttons, potted plants, stitching (faux), something puzzy and fabric (both in the felt hearts).
I used the 3 arrows to give some movement, and the dew drops to give some airy feeling.
I documented what is going on with us, since February till today, so it's kind of 'something that happens at home'... I wrote it on some of the hexagons.
Here're some close-ups:

You make me smile - CSI case file no. 313

This is my DT layout for case file no. 313 at CSI, with this bright and cheerful inspiration photo:
I went the traditional way to 'solve' this case file:
Scheme - all 5 colors.
Evidence - floral pattern, dots, stripes, border punch, scallops, hearts, leaves, flowers and lace.
Testimony - I add hearts to my journaling spot and used the inspiration words to document how lucky we were on our visit at The Tower. We had such a lovely weather and enjoyed walking around.
I used papers from Carta Bella, Echo Park and Simple Stories.
Here're some close-ups on the details:

It also goes for the 'Polka Dots' challenge at Challenge YOUrself:
Simonsays Stamps Wednesday challenge - Use some green.
Simonsays Stamps Monday Challenge - A bit o' green.

Nantes December 2018 - 13@rts & Sketches In Thyme

At the last day of this year, I'm sharing a layout I've made for two challenges.
One is the inspiration challenge at 13@rts blog:
I was inspired by the main image - the plaid pattern, the christmas trees, the wood floor, and the theme.
I've used 13@rts' stitches and word stickers, as well as their white ink.
The 2nd challenge is a sketch challenge from Sketches In Thyme, sketch no. 401 (I rotated the sketch on the side):
Here're some close-ups:

I wish you all a very Happy New Year!

Piles of Smiles - Sketches in Thyme

Another layout done with my November Counterfeit kit, and it's the last layout with this kit. I really used my kit a lot this month, and I'm so happy about it!

And a minute before Autumn is leaving us, and Winter is coming, I've made a fall layout.

I used sketch #398 from Sketches In Thyme:
My photos were too large for 3 in one layout, so I used only two, and my title is rather small, comparing to the title in the sketch, but that's how it goes with sketches - a starting point....

It also my 2nd entry for the challenge at Creative Embellishments, with this beautiful moodboard:
For the twist of using wood, I used both wood veneers and wood feathers (these are CE ones). This time I took inspiration from the left upper photo, with the subtle tones.

My heroes - Scrap The Boys

This my layout for November's challenge at Scrap The Boys, with the theme 'Super Hero':
Obviously, I have not one, but two super heroes. Not only they are really super duper boys, but they also dragged me into the world of Super Heroes, and now I'm totally addicted to all Marvel movies...
So here are my two superheroes:
The photo was taken about 7 years ago (gosh... how time flies!), at the Biblical Zoo in Jerusalem. They climbed the Moma Bear and her Baby bear sculpture, feeling very super heroes making to the top.

I used my November's Counterfiet kit. I also use my handmade pp with the pine trees, from September's Counterfeit kit. I finally found a project that I could use this paper, as I loved it very much.

Here're some close-ups on the details:

Would you like to know what I've made with the left over papers from this project? Well, hop again soon and you'll find out!

Just Coffee

The falling leaves, the cooler days and nights, all are screaming for somthing warm and cozy, and drinking coffee with a good friend is so perfect.
I used my November Counterfeited kit for this layout.
I used 1st sketch from Sketches in Thyme:

I was inspired by several challenges:
13@rts, with this beautiful moodboard:
I was mainly inspired by the 2 photos on the right and left corner on the bottom - the beautiful blanket and the table.
13@rts products that I've used are:
Ayeeda mists - pearl brown light, chalk yeallow amber and pearl old gold;
Rainbow color - brown;
Alice in Cancyland stickers.
The 2nd challenge was Mixed Media Place, again with a beautiful autumnly moodboard:
I was inspired by the colors: different shades of brown and cream, orange, yellow and gold.
The 3rd challenge is the soft and suble moodboard from Creative Embellishments:
I was inspired by the colors of brown, cream, gray and yellow/gold. For the twist of wood, I used heart and arrow wood veneer.

My November Counterfeit Kit

I loved the inspiration kit for November at Counterfeit KIt Challenge blog, with a very beautiful color palette.
The inspiration kit is from a Dutch club:
I used Lisa's tip to use Coolors.Co to play with the colors, and this is what I came up with:
And this is my kit, first papers side A (along with solid cardstock in coordinating colors):
Papers side B:
I love the houses and the coffee cup to go images, and especially the watercolor strocks paper, so I counterfeited them. I played with Lindy's Gang products and made my a paper with strocks of the kit colors. I stamped a house stamp, and colored it with the same colors I already made, as for the coffee cups, I found this digital stamp, and then playes on my pc with the colors:
Finally - the embellishments:

Lots of buttons, some wood veneer embellies, stickers, alphas stickers, flair buttons and chipboards.
I didn't include flowers, stamps and enemal dots, as I will use them enyway as I make my projects.
I love my kit and hope to use it as much a posiibble!
