A countryside style birthday card

Happy Independence Day to all my American friends!

I made a birthday card, in a countryside style, to match the previous projects I made with this beautiful Mintay Papers 'Farm Life' collection (you can see them HERE and HERE).

I used the fantastic sketch provided this week at CAS(E) This Sketch #379:

Hello - another card in blue, yeallow and green

I guess I really liked both the sketch and the colors, so I made another card for these two challenges, plus another challenge :).

A birthday card with brush strokes - CAS(E) This Sketch meets Color Throwdown

Honorable mention

A great sketch with beautiful color combo is a perfect match for me, and this card was created with the inspiration of two great challenges.
Honorable mention

CAS(E) This Sketch #369, with a retro sketch:
Well, it screamed to me - 'brush strokes'!, so I pulled out my new stamp set, and all I had to do is choose which brush stroke to choose. I went on the one with the unfinished edges.
The colors at Color Throwdown #590 were so so appealing, so springy:
I stamped the strokes on a white cs, added the sentiment and then adhered it on a kraft cs basis.
It also goes for the 'Birthday' challenge at The Spot #107:
I really love how this card turned out. What do you think?
