Smile & enjoy today - a card

A card I've made, inspired by some challenges and inspiration moodboards. It's all in pastel colors, with some nautical elements.
Lindy's Gang challenge for August gave this beautiful pastel palette:
From Lindy's products I've used:
Magical - Caribbean Blue from the Caribbean Cruise magical flat set.

Another inspiration came from More Than Words mini challenge:

The last challenge was a local one, held by the talented Sharon Burla-Ziv, which is 'Under the Sea'.

Here're some close-ups:

Other materials I've used:
Prima/Finnabair - heave gesso white, 3D gloss gel, acrylic paint metallique light patina, patina effect paste blue, snowflake paste, mega art stones, mini art stones.
Tim Holtz- mini stecnil set 30, Ideology words stickers.
Creative Embellisments - fishnet stamp.
Versafine - mini ink cube toffee.
Molds and real seashells - from my stash.

Budapest - CSI case file no. 289

CSI has a wonderful case file, open to many interpretations.
I loved the colors, of different hues of blue, with a touch of crimson/burgandy red.
I used a photo (one of many) I took on our visit to Budapest on Summer 2016. I went there with my youngest, while the eldest went to a different tour.
We had so much fun on our vacation! Budapest is so beautiful, and there are so many things to see and to do there.
I was inspired the the theme of building sitting right on the water line and by the waves in the sea, so I created a scene of houses and waves.
I was also tempt to use my street lamp die, as I have a passion for street lamps....LOL
From the clues I used: stripes (on one of the backing papers, sailboat/airplane (on the small postcards), ocean themed elements (the wavy border), eyelets, lantern (well, kind of), clouds, and wet medium.
I used the wonderful sketch by the talented Laura Whitaker, from My Creative Scrapbook:

Most of the papers are Maja Designs', with a small addition of Echo Park.
I used Lindy's shaker (Frozen Jack Frost) and spray (Merci Beaucoup Mint) for the splatters. The street lamp was covered with Lindy's ep (Merci Beaucoup Mint), and the title thickers were covered with Lindy's ep (Gilded Burgundy Brass). For the script on the background (49andMarket Pascale's stamp) I used LIndy's ep Twilight Blue Slate)
Here're some close-ups on the details:

Cherish every day

Lindy's Gang gave a beautiful color combo this month (as always...):
These colors give room to so many options, and this time I went on a soft feminine version. I love the contrast between the soft, pale colors to the bold tera cotta color of the leaves.
I started by stamping here and there on the background. Next I used embossing ink with a stencil and heat embossed it with a white ep.
I stamped two flowers with a gray ink, and one with embossing ink and heat embossed with a pale pink ep. For all the 3 flowers I outlined the petals with a black pen and adhered micro beads in the center.
I stamped and heat embossed leaves with a dark red-brown ep and cut them out.
The others leaves were cut with a die and colored with a Lindy's spray.
The edges of the paper were distressed, using a distressing tool and distress ink
I glued the lace petals with a gel medium and then gathered all the elements.
Splatters here and there, using Lindy's shaker and adding the sentiment.

Lindy's products I've used:
Shaker - Aged Copper

Other products:
Paper - Piatek 13 Love in Bloom 6x6 paper pad.
Inks - Ranger's Emboss It clear ink; Ranger's shadow grey archival ink; VersaFine Smokey Gray; Ranger's TH tattered rose distress ink.
Stencil - Stampersannonymous TH layering stencil mini set no. 30.
Stamp - 49 and Market Pascale's Gramer.
Medium gel - Prima Finnabair soft matte gel.

Summer 2019 - CSI case file no. 288 reveal

Warm July is already here, and we have a summer theme inspiration for you at CSI, with case file no. 288:
Isn't it just a yummy inspiration image?
I scrapped without a photo, only documenting our plans for this summer. it's the first time I scrap in real time and not about something that already happened.
I used all 5 colors and for the evidence I used: ice cream themed elements, circular elements, triangles, labels, sprinkle (embossing powder, sprays, sequins), bows and numbers.
I was inspired by the inspiration word 'Great", and placed my journaling on labels.
I used a mixed media tag I've made a while ago, and backed it with another tag, colored with brown mist and with a patterned paper with triangles.
For the background I stamped with 7 Dots Studio stamp and used Lindy's sprays in coordinating colors for the splatters.
The leaves and the doily were also colored with Lindy's spray in pink.

Shana Tova cards for charity

Rosh Hashanah is 3 months ahead, and I've started making greeting cards. There's a great initiative on a local FB group to make charity greeting cards for an elderly people, holocaust survivers, and I decided to join the project.
I've used my June Counterfeit Kit, and this project is 'a killing kit' project :).

I've already made 14 cards, and I intend to make more in the next 2 months (till the project reaches it's dead line).
It feels so good to know that these cards will make people happy.
Actually, I've used most of my kit and it makes me so happy! There's another layout I've made using this kit, but you'll have to wait till July 1st to see it. Meanwhile I can share a sneak peek:

Live, laugh, love - a midori style traveler's notebook

For a while I've been wanting to make myself a midori style traveler's notebook, and our coming vacation was the trigger to do it.
I've used my June Counterfeit Kit for it, mixing all kinds of papers, note cards and embellies. For the cover I used a thin foam and adhered a pp to it.
I've made two mini notebooks as inserets - one for the planning of the vacation and one to document it.
One notebook was binded with staples, while the other one by sewing. I prefer the staples as binding.
I used elastic cord for the spine and to close the whole TN.
Here're photos of the inside:

A notebook pad folder

Here's another project I've made using my June Counterfeit Kit - a notebook pad folder for a co-worker friend.
I used Yael's tutorial, which you can fine HERE.
There's a dimensional envelope on one side, and a A5 notepad on the other side.
In the envelope, I enclosed some cards with cute sentiments, and some washi tape pages.

I would like to enter it to the June challenge at Scor-Pal, which is 'Warmer Days' and to the monthly chaweallenge at Mini Albums Makers:
