Using scraps and a sneak peek

I really liked the challenge Pam gave on day 293 at 365 cards - feeling scrappy - use 7 scraps of papers on your card. It reminded me of some projects I've made in the past, using lots of dp scraps (cause I don't throw them away.. I keep all my scraps in a special box, and then I use them for various projects).
At first, I thouht to bend the rules.. LOL, and  link to my previous projects, which are not cards at all (another cheating? nop! Pam stated the rules and she said it's okay to be inspired for other projects, not only cards).

On this mini album, when I finished covering all the pages with dp, I tore the scraps and then adhered them on a white cs, so I got a "new" dp, all made of scraps. Then I made this flower out of that scraps paper:

The second one is a lo, where the circle dp under the photo is actually a scraps page, done exactly the same way I did on the mini album:

But as you can see, finally I did make a NEW card for this challenge - the dp on the brown cs and the strips for the flower - all are scraps (okay, I did bend the rules a little - I think there are more than 7 different scraps... LOL).

I love this card and I just love the idea of using my scraps.  The card goes also for the following challenges: #80 gingersnap; prairie fairy fridays; if the shoe fits; city crafter; ppa; cateredcrop (from the recipe I used button); the crafty pad; aly's; crazy challenge; totally stampalicious; gingerloft; I did it creations; osaat;

כרטיס פשוט וקליל שהכנתי לאתגר של שימוש בשאריות. זה הזכיר לי את הפעמיים הקודמות בהן עשיתי שימוש מסיבי בשאריות - להכנת פרח וכמאטינג לתמונה. אני שומרת כמעט את כל השאריות של הדפים, גם הקטנות, ואח"כ עושה בהן שימוש נוסף. הדבקת שאריות על בריסטול לבן עם מוד פאדג' יוצרת דף מדוגם חדש ומעניין, שניתן להשתמש בו להרבה שימושים.

ונתתי הצצה קטנה לחלק מדף מעוצב חדש שהכנתי. את כל הדף אפשר יהיה לראות תוך יום-יומיים. אני מאד אוהבת את הדף שיצא. הוא עם ניחוח וינטאג'י כמו שאני אוהבת.
