One moment before... a lo for Sketches In Thyme רגע לפני

Here is my lo for the new challenge at Sketches In Thyme. This is the sketch:

The photo was taken at the hospital on the day I gave birth to my eldest.  It was a few moments before I got the induction, and eventually my boy was born on an emergency cs.
