A Quill - Stuck?! Sketches March 15th reveal plus case file no. 250 at CSI

It's March 15th, and you know what it means - a new sketch challenge at Stuck?! Sketches PLUS a new case file (challenge) at CSI!
Once again I combined those two awesome challenge into one layout.
But first take a look at the fab sketch made by Laura Whitaker:
I've used all the 5 colors from the scheme, and my clues to solve the case were:
Solid cardstock, scallops, clouds, flowers, twine (also tied in a knot), stamping.
For the testimony I've placed my journaling on the labels and I documented a childhood memory (my boys' childhood), from a tour we've had in a nature center at Ramon Crater.
I've used my March counterfeit kit (I'm a guest desienger there for March).

An all occasions card for Altair Art

Hello dears,
Today it's my turn on Altair Art blog, and I'm sharing a card I've  made.
I love Altair Art papers very much. they're thick and beautiful, with a romantic and shabby chic feeling. They also have strips for fussy cutting and elements. Check their store HERE to see the amazing beautiful collections.
On to my card:
As you may know, I just love multi layers and distressing, so I did them both on this card.
The roses were made also from one of the dp with some MFT Royal Rose dies and I alos used Cheery Lynn mini Fancyful die to make the swirly leaf.
Here are some close-ups to the details:

I would like to enter it to the following challenges:
Creative Embellishments, with this so feminine moodboard, which inspired me with the vintage feeling, the many shades of purple and with the roses. Check their FB page for more details.

Another challenge I was inspired by was at LemonCraft, which is 'Violet Spring', with this beautiful moodboard:
Another beautiful moodboard, that I was inspired by is Summer Studio no. 42:
I was inspired by the big photo of the purple flowers and the green leaves.

Birthday cards for Counterfeit Kit Challenge

As you may know, I'm a Guest Designer for March at Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog, and today we have a lovely challenge there for you - Happy Birthday!
I must say that March is a month full of family birthdays - my eldest's, my brother's, his son's, my sister's - a really blessed month.
But, and there's a but... my project for this challenge is not about those birthdays :). I've noticed that my greeting cards box gone quite empty, so I used my March counterfeit kit to make two birthday cards:

Hop over to CKC blog to see what the master forgers have made for this challenge, and if you didn't join us yet with a counterfeit kit of your own, now is a great time to do it...
I would like to enter the 1st card to the challenge at Scor-Pal, which is 'Bright and Beautiful'. My card has more than one score. I would also like to enter it to the challenge at Cas-usal Fridays which is 'Beautiful Rainbows'
Thanks for visiting my blog, and I appreciate your comments very much!

Hello dear friends,
It's time for another wonderful challenge at AltAir Art, and this months the theme is "Spring is coming, with flowers and butterflies".
For this challenge I've made a springy basket, with the beautiful paper from several collection (list of Altair Art supplies in the end ot this post).
If you wish to make a beautiful basket like this, you can use my tutorial. I only adjusted the measerments to a bigger basket (started with a 9"x9" paper).

Looking for the way - March 1st reveal for Stuck?! Sketches and Case file no. 249 at CSI

Hello to you, dear crafty friends,
I'm sharing my layout, both for Stuck?! Sketches March 1st reveal, and case file no. 249 at CSI.
This is Laura's great sketch:
And this is case file 249 at CSI:
I went with the traditional way to solve the case -
Scheme - I've used all 5 colors.
Evidence - woodgrain background, arrows.
Testimony - I've documented an outdoor memory, about how much my boys love mazes, any kind of mazes, and when we went to a park with outdoor mazed, they didn't miss any one of the mazes.
For this layout I've used my March Counterfeit Kit, where I'm a guest designer for this month. You can read all about the kit inspiration HERE.
The star circle chipboard is from Creative Embellishments, that I've painted with distress ink and then heat embossed with Lindy's Gang Merry Go-Round Green embossing powder. The die-cut stars were painted with Creme Barullee Cream spray, which I also used for the splatters, along with Milk Chocolate Brown spray, Queen of Hearts spray, and white gesso diluted with water.

Made of Scraps - Guest Designer for Counterfeit Kit Challenge - March reveal

Hello dear craft freinds,
I was honored to be invited to be a Guest Designet at Counterfeit Kit Challenge for March. I love the concept of CKC, as it makes me use all the beautiful supplies I hoard.
This month CKC is doing it a little different from their usual way. We don't have a formal kit to counterfiet, and instead we have Susan's kit, that she made according to Jill Sprott's formula.
I took inspiration from Susan's kit and followed Jill's formula very closely. Here's a photo of Susan's inspiration kit:
I named my kit "Made of Scraps", and here are all the phtos and details:
* 8 pieces of pp scraps (Glitz, Simple Stories, My Mind's Eye, Fancy Pants, Echo Park, DCWV).
* 3 (not 4) specialty papers - 1 scrap of vellum paper with gold print, 2 embossed vellum papers (I run vellum papers with embossing folders through the BigShot).
* 2 complete sheets of pp (Simple Stories and Fancy Pants).
* A pre-2015 alphabet set (Echo Park Beautiful Life)

Embellishments:
* 1 sticker sheet, with at least one piece missing (Basic Grey)
* 1 yard of ribbon - green/white baker's twine.
* 1 opned package of scrappy products- Prima's sugar dots.
* 1 unopened package of scrappy products - Love 2 Scrap swirl bling.
* 1 roll of tape - washi tape.
* 1 item or package of product from a company that no longer makes scrappy products - left overs from a 6x6 paper pad by Cosmo Cricket.
Up to 10 journaling and/or Project Life cards/tags - some of them are from collections plus white and kraft tags I cut with a die.
2"wild card" items - the flower strip and the hotair balloon die cut.
A nearby item - I'm Roses flowers.
I've also added some die-cut clouds, labels, tabs and stars.
