A monochromatic Happy Birthday card, in green

A good way to keep your card CAS, is making it monochromatic, and one layerd.

For this card I used only one stamp and one ink pad, and yet I was able to create a scene, with depth and an angle.

To do so, I stamped the tree stamp in diagonal, once with the stamp full of ink, and right again without loading more ink. This way not only I have trees 'far away in the back', but also in an angle, as if there's a small hill.

The whole stmamping was on one layer white panel, and then I adhered it to a green cs basis.

It can make a great masculine birthday card, don't you think?

I would like to enter it for the 'Anything Goes' challenge at Tuesday Morning Sketches;

'Celebration' challenge at Global Design Project:

And the 'New' challenge at TimeOut challenge, a
s this tree stamp is a new one for me.

Another dream card with flowers - Follow Your Dreams

When I made THIS card, I stamped and die cut more elements than I used, so with what was left, I made another card, same flowers and leaves, same colors and same theme of 'Dream', but a different design and a different message - Follow Your Dreams.

Again I would like to enter it to the mini challenge at More Than Words, to use the word Dream on a card, tag or ATC:

It also goes to the 'Anything Goes' challenge at Tuesday Morning Sketches.

A doube easel card - happy birthday in the greenery

This card is a WINNER
At AAA Birthday card challenge blog the DT ladies came up with an easel birthday card:

I usually don't make easel cards, but challenge is accepted!

I followed Teri's inspiration and tutorial, which you can find HERE, and made this greenery birthday card.

It also goes for the 'Celebration' challenge at Global Design Project:

And to the 'Inspirational' challenge plus a twist of layers, at Time Out challenges:

Like I said befor, I took inspirtion from another crafter, and I used lots of layers on this card.

This is how it looks all flattened:

Here's the large easel opened:

And again, the full double easel look:

and a look from the profile:

I wish my dear mother was alive... she had such green fingers. I'm sure she would have loved it.

Best Day Ever! - a cas card

Another CAS and monochromatic card, this time brown shades.

I was inspired by the color combination at Inspire Create Challenges:

I don't have the exact colors, so I dived into my stash and looked for colors as much as possible close to these colors.

The flower background in dark brown, and the flower from the same cs as the casis - a grayish beige.

I stamped the sentiment in caramel color, and added some glittery enamel dots in a matching color.

I hope it qualifies for the challenge. What do you think?

Dream without fear - MTW mini challenge

More Than Words has a mini challenge, creating a card, a tag, and ATC of a postcard, and they asked to use the word 'Dream':

Such a great challenge towards the new year, don't you think?

For my card, I stamped the florals and the leaves (Stampin' Up In Symmetry) in blue, orange, yellow and gray. I then assembled them in the left bottom of the white cs basis, added the stamed sentiment (Finnabair for Prima), and some glittery navy blue enamel dots.

It also goes for the 'Anything Goes' challenge at Tuesday Morning Sketches.

I wish all who celebrate Christmas, a very Mery Christmas and a happy holidays!

White on white cas card

A Top Cup at Sunday Stamps

Happy Saturday dear crafty friends!

Making a 'white on white' project can be very challenging, isn't it? embossing (cold or heated), dies, vellum, twine, enamel dots and dimentionals helped me make this 'white on white' card.

I'm not sure yet to what occasion I'll be using this card, wedding/ birthday/ anniversary, so I left it without a sentiment.

I would like to enter this card to the following challenges:

I'd like to enter this card to the following challenges:

You're amazing - a CAS snowy card

Today I would like to share with you a CAS card I've made.

I was inspired by the photo at Less Is More challenge blog:

I took the colors of kraft, red and b/w, and also the tied twine.

I used the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches:

For the main element I used a snowflake die, and I die cut the white cs 3 times, to give some dimension.

A few scored line and a sentiment, and for the final touch I adhered a red sequin to the middle of the snowflake.

The kraft panel was adhered to a red cs basis.

Simple card, yet very elegant, don't you think?

I will give it to a very dear friend, along with a beautiful handmade gift. I think she'll like it.

Happy Saturday!

I have a fun OLC to share with you today.

I used old Prima stitched circles stamp, with Hero Arts inks (Pool and Butter Bar), and an Altenew triangele stamp with Hero Arts ink (Crimson).

The shapes were stamped overlapping each other, to create a vertical stripe. I then stamped the sentiment with the Crimson ink (Altenew stamp).

I woule like to enter this card to the following challenges:

The Color Throwdown - blue, yellow and red:

These colors made me think of a cheerful birthday balloons 😃.

Happy Birthday card in pink, green and silver

One of the winners

I love the color combo of pink and green, in all their different hues, so I decided to play with the current challenge at CAS Colours and Sketches, which asked for these two colors, with the addition of silver:

I stamped the flower and the leaves, and cut the image into a square, and matted with a shimmer silver cs. I adhered it on a white cs panel, which I scored with some lines.

The sentiment was stampes on the same shimmer silver cs and was adhered with foam tape.

A glittery silver enamel dot was adhered to the center of the flower, and two hot pink enamel to the silver sentiment panel.

After assembling it all, I adhered the panel to the white cs basis.

It also goes for the following challenges:

The Flower Challenge - add leaves:

I love how it turned out. So feminine.

A super CAS card

Happy Saturday crafty friends!

This card is probably THE MOST cas card I've ever made! and I must say - it was very challenging!

I followed the challenge at AAA Challenges: 1 inchie with the optional twist - masculine.

I also used the colors from the current challenge at Color Throwdown, which are navy blue, gold and white:

I find this color combo very elegant, even regal, and these colors are perfect for a masculine card.

Being so so CAS, it also can go for the current challenge at Time Out - simplicity:

I stamped the coffee cup and the 'Hello' with Ranger's archvial ink in cobalt on a white cs, and cut it just a little bit less than an inch.

I then matted it with a shimmer gold cs, sized 1" square. I adhered it to the white cs basis with foam tape, and had to take a deep breathe to say: 'That's it!', and not adding anything else.
