Wishing you a Happy Birthday - a card

Another bright and happy colors for a birthday card :)
I followed Freshly Made Sketches #429, only turned it on the side:

The inspiration for the cheerful colors came from Hand Stampped Sentiment color challenge #336:
I used Tim Holtz Bitty Grunge stamp, and then fussy cut around the edges of the circles. A little touch with some tiny enamel dots and a sentiment (SimonSays stamps).
It also goes for the 'Happy Birthday' challenge at SimosSays Stamps Wednesday challenge.
Thank you for visiting my blog. I appreciate your comments very much.

Wow! Love that you fussy cut the circles and combined them with the dotted paper. It really makes the circles stand out. Great job on using the colors from our challenge. Thanks for playing at Hand Stamped Sentiments.
