All the leaves are brown... זה הסתיו, עם הענן, ועם הרוח המייב

הכרטיס הזה נעשה כאילו, ורק כאילו, "על הדרך". נראה היה לי שכרטיס מונוכרומטי חום הוא רק קצת פחות קשה מכרטיס מונוכרומטי לבן. לקחתי כאתגר לעשות אותו יחסית מואר ולא אפל וחשוך, ע"י שימוש בניירות חומים בהירים כדומיננטיים. בפעם הראשונה השתמשתי במדבקות ראב-און. היה לי ברור מההתחלה שאשתמש בסרט האורגנזה החום השקוף, אבל התוספת של החבל מתחת היתה אילתור של הרגע האחרון.

בסופו של דבר, נשביתי בקסמו החום-זהוב של הכרטיס הזה, ובאמת כיניתי אותו ביני לבין עצמי - Golden Brown.

A White Happy Anniversary

My borther is having his anniversary day next month, so when I saw the "Anniversary Challenge" at C.R.A.F.T., I was so happy to make this greeting card for him and for my sister in law.

מראה, מראה שעל הקיר.... My altered mirror

הפעם משהו שונה,

מראה שניקנתה באיקאה וחיכתה זמן רב כדי שאחליט איזו דקורציה היא תקבל,

הפכה למראה בסגנון וינטאג'י, עם דף מלוח שנה, שנגזר ממנו החודש באמצע,

בדיוק מקום בשביל המראה.

את מסגרת העץ צבעתי בצבע אקרילי של ורוד עתיק עם לבן וינטאג',

והוספתי כל מיני מדבקות של פרחים, מלאכים ופרפרים.

מאחר שהריבוע של החודש שהוצאתי מהלוח גדול מריבוע המראה,

הוספתי גם דף מעוצב, שהתאים בגוונים שלו לדף של לוח השנה.

כדי לטשטש קצת את קו הגבול של החיבור בין שני הניירות,

הוספתי קצת גליטר זהוב כמסגרת. עוד קצת גליטר כסוף על הפרחים בדף של לוח השנה -

והנה מראה מטופלת.

את הכרטיס הזה הכנתי, וכבר מסרתי, לאחותי היקרה, שהיא פיית היצירה שלי :-).

מדהים איך גם כיום, אחרי שנים כה רבות, היא עדיין מלמדת אותי ומצמיחה אותי.

וכבר יצא לי פעמים רבות לאחל בכרטיסי ברכה (לא מעוצבים, חחחח)

שהלוואי ופיית הקסמים תיגע בך במקל הקסמים שלה, וכל חלומותיך יתגשמו.
