Recycled Post-it box

I made this post-it box for a very dear friend of mine. It was made out of used cereal box, that I covered with cs and dps. I added a polka dots ribbon inside. The sentiment inside is from raindropecho designs at sentimental sudays. On the top I adhered metal embellishments - a butterfly, a lock and a key. I distressed all edges with a crafting knife and then inked them with distress ink. The letters are chipboards I won from Paper Niche, and I used a sponge to paint them with red acrylic paint.

I'm entering it to the following challenges:
metal - for fun
recycle - the pixie cottage (I took the only the theme)
open with a butterfly - flutterby wednesday
double up - craft your passion (mine is two dp)

Look at the fabulous sketch Debbie has made for us:

You have until Monday, Nov. 15th to enter your lo/card for this challenge!
And look what you can win,  an awesome crafting kit by Cosmo Cricket:

So what are you waiting for? make a lo/card and link it up here!

Thanks for stopping by!
