White City - lo for Sketches In Thyme

A new challenge at Sketches In Thyme with a great sketch by Jana Eubank. Here's the sketch:

For this lo I used printed cs from The Guy stack of DCWV, that I bought recently, and a brown cs for matting. The photos are of me and my BF, back in 1992, when Jerusalem was covered with snow (we usually don't have any snow at all, and if it does snow, it very little and doesn't last long).

I made the decoration from a leaves ribbon and some quilling I've made out of leftover strips. Here's a  close-up on the quilling:

The wide brown lace is a gift I got from my bloggy friend Tesa and the title says, in Hebrew: "White City". I also used two Inkadinkado stamps.

דף חדש שהכנתי לאתגר סקיצה ב- Sketches In Thyme. השתמשתי בניירות מדוגמים מסטאק The Guy שקניתי ממש לאחרונה, קארדסטוק חום למאטינג, וסרט עלים. את הקווילינג הכנתי מאותן רצועות שנשארות מחיתוך דפי הרקע. שתי חותמות של Inkadinkado ואותיות "תוצרת הארץ".

ההצצה היא לדף חדש נוסף שהכנתי, שאותו אני מקווה שאספיק להעלות עוד היום או מקסימום מחר.

ויש גם קישור לבלוג אתגרים חדש, עם קונספט מאד חביב, של העלאת זכרונות מעבודות ראשונות. יש שם גם בלוג קנדי, אז שווה לקפוץ לשם...
