Let's face it - we're having a blue indigo simple fun!

A quick post, to end the day and the week:
Pam from 365 cards asked: "have you ever thought about making a face out of the elements you place on your card?"
Well, I never thought about it. and this is such a big question, so I got some help from my kids... LOL (Rose, I don't know what about Pam's kids, but mine are sure happy with this something Pam gets into her coffee...). so we have here 3 faces
that the kids and me made :)
(Gloria & Rose: did you see that the hair goes out of the lines just a little bit?.. LOL(
With making this card I actually finished the 365 card week (ok, ok,so I cheated a bit, with two cards... Gloria, please stand up for me!). I had some law mojo the past few days, and with the kids around, full time job and the housekeeping, I didn't have enough time to craft. shame on me... I was so tempted to combine all this week challenges into one card... after all I'm preety good in combining a lot of challenges into one card (still waiting to IritShalom's announcement on her Royal challenge winner), but didn't do so.
So what challenges have we got here?
1. face it - #270 365 cards
2. color: I for (blue) indigo - abc challenges
3. chipboard (where the sentiment is) - artful inkables
4. another chipboard - #79 creative belli
5. rub on + another challenges - #25 pile it on (the sentiment)
6. same shape different size (circles for the head and for the eyes and mouth) - frosted designs.
7. clean and simple and limited layers - whimsical ind soronity.
8. kiss - simple - pals paper arts
9. monochromatic - #41 oh-la-la
10. monocrhromatic - #31 gingersnap
11. monochromatic - humble pie
12. anyting goes - #19 paper cutz

14. my fav - creative card crew (rub ons, punches, cheepboard, and more than anything - my kids! they're the real fav I 've ever got...
15. Northern Lights II wide cuff from - etsyinspired
Well, thats it. have to clean up and get ready for the new day and week.
thanks for your looking at and leaving comments.

Pink Maggie over tied up string (or a thread...)

updating!
I just don't belive it, I just forgot to upload my card's photo! LOL....
so here it is, my work:

I know, I just said my mojo had left me, and here I'm with a new card. Well the mojo did reallt gone, but tomorrow we are visiting old good friends, and their youngest daughter had her birthday just yesterday. My kids made greeting cards for her and for another friend of them who had her birthday this week, and they used my new arrival - 'sunflowers & dragonflies' clear un mounted stamps, that i've won a few weeks ago (thank you, Beth!). As for my self, I also used 'new arrival' - Maggie of digital delights, which I won last week at 365 cards. As usual with me, I colored her with watercolor pencils & adhered it with a 3-D doublesided adhere on a chipboard. The pink rounded paper is shining, but I'm not sure you cand see it in the photo. I tied the ribbon Maggie is sitting on just because Pam asked for knots on our card and it still not my time to rebel (that's for you, Rose...) (and besides now Maggie won't fall... LOL(. I added silver rub-ons in the inner part of the card, but unfortunately it's hard to see it. Anyway, I think the birthday kid, 7 years old, would love this card. She dies for pink, and the easel card would just be perfect for her (easel cards are real fun!).
Lots of challenges inspired me with this card:
1. sketch - #42 card patterns
2. pink & sparkly - #2 susie diecuts dreams
3. celebrate - #1 sweet stampin
4. color combo: brown + pink - #79 a spoon full of sugar
5. color it! - caardvarks
6. sparkle - the craft garden
7. chipboard - artful inkables
8. chipboard - creative belli
9. tied up in knots - day 269 365 cards
10. rub-ons - pile it (in the inner part of the card, now seen too well....P
11. same shape different size - frosted designs (the circles, the pearls & the rhinestones)
12. digi imgages - #19 rumble in the cottage
13. anything goes - #19 paper cutz
14. pick 3 challenge - stamping vacation - I picked bows, pearls and crystals.
15. favorite things - #38 creative card crew - mine on this card are: pearls, ribbons
and digi stamp.
16. add some sparkle - #18 bee crafty
Thanks for popping over and having a look. It would be so nice if you leave a comment.
have a lovely weekened.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart

I'm afraid my mojo is gone this week :-( , so I'm not fighting it, rather listening to my inner voice and letting it go.
Anyway, I made this thank you card for some reason, and I wish to thank my loving supporting family, each one and one of you, my dear, is so wonderful and so encouraging me and giving me so much strength. There are not enough words to express what you are to me, and how much I love all of you.
thank you for what you are and for being there for me, always when I need you.
And happy thanksgiving to my dear family at the States, and to all my american blog friends, who celebrate the holiday this weekend.

A stash scrapling card

When I saw Pam's sketch on 365 cards, infront of me were all the leftovers from the previous card I made, and so I thought I can just use all those pieces, otherwise become to a flower... LOL. and it was quiet easy to follow the sketch exactly...

4. colors - #8 just us girls

5. rub-ons plus another challenge(s) - #25 pile it on (the sentiment)

A Warm Frame for Umbrella

Pam asked us to 'color me with this' - not with markers. That was easy for me, I usually color with watercolor pencils or glittery pen. long time ago I intened to use this image, and now seemed to be a perfect opportunity to do so. I love this color combo and the ad inspiration - all of them. This color combo gives me a warm feeling, and to me the outcome is really warm.

13. cupcake inspiration - hope stamp eternal
14. add some sparkle - bee crafy (the digi image was colored with watercolor pencils and on it with glitter pen, the photo does not show it however. also the brown rhinestones).
15. rub-ons (the sentiment) + other challenge(s) - #25 pile it on
and indeed there is more lots to do... LOL
thanks for comming by and looking. It would be very nice if you leave me a comment.

My Florish Star

That's what Pam asked at 365 cards:
And this Keep it to Yourself challenge is to design a congratulatory card that uses decorations on the outside of the card to help convey the message on the inside of the card.
It took me a while to "cook" this card, but from the begining I knew I"m going to
have this curve of small stars.
I just love this color combo the play date cafe brought!
the small stars are metalic and they shine, even though it is hard to say from the photo.
the sentiment inside the card is a freebe i don't remember where from, and I colored the frame with a white pen on a template I have.

have a lovely weekend!

I've got my "layers of colors' prize!

I just got these fab 6 (!) set of stamps from layers of colors - it's the prize I won on this special blog hop last week. And as promised, today I got my prize. It is so lovely I just can't wait to stapm with it... and it was wraped so beautiful, made me feel as if I was a birthday girl...
Thank you, Laura, so much for making me so happy!

Purple-ing the swirls

This is the super sketchy sunday at 365 cards, and this is the card I've made.

and embossing, etc. so this card combines lots of my love...
Since I've seen this tutorial, with this cris-cross papers, I just knew I had to do this technique. the rectangele in Pam's sketch, reminded me of this, so here it is - the upper photo is before I layered all the ingrediants. to make it I used BG dp - starry night from the eskimo kisses line.
the right swirl is from a packege I bouth few weeks ago and hardy used anything fo it :( the left and bigger was madke by me, including coloring it with some acrili to get the exact toneI made the flowers my self, distressed the petals & the leaves with ink,. also I embossed the leaves, to give them some veins. added some rehinstones, stickels. and that's it.
and it goes for these challenges:
1. sketch - supr sketchy sunday - day 260 365 cards
2. colors - purple & green - whimsical ink sorority
3. colors - purple - incywincey
4. bling - basic grey

6. glitter & etc... - frosted designs
7. thinking of you - simon says -
8. emboss something - corrosive challenge
9. emboss - lots to do
10. purple! - lily boo too
