Lets Fold the Deep Purple!

When I saw the sketch Pam gave, I just knew that this is my opportunity to make this folded card front. Valita gives a great tutorial in her blog how to make it. it is very simple and the outcome is so fab! I think that in bright colors the card looks better than in dark ones, but I wantek to make it deep purple...

I distressed the lower part and the edges with really raspberry ink, and also used this ink to stamp the flourishes, with one of the stamps I won from Layers of Colors a few weeks ago.

the embalishment over the green leaves is something that I had for ages and now remebered to use it. the green glitter was added actually to hide some glue...

I love purple, with all shades of it. and I love the combo with green. I really love this card...
